Wow, it has been forever since I posted. Hope everybody is having an awesome summer. Mine is going great. I start my job next week....

It has been rainy all day.... but the sun just came out. That makes my day. I hate rainy days.... unless its storms... I love storms.

Senior.... I have been waiting so long for that title.... now its here. Im excited.... but I am a little scared too.... being the most looked upon in the school. But I know everything is going to be great. This is the year I've been waiting for! Its going to rock!

Basketball season is overwith. We had a great season.... a winning season. Which is awesome. But Im incredibly bummed out now that its over. And next year is my last year. Which makes me even more bummed out. Right now I feel like I got run over by a truck. But really it was just #42 from Metro. But I don't think that there is much of a difference. I know thats mean.... but Im ill with her right now. We had the worlds worst refs last night at the game. We could have won.

wow! i had such an awesome Christmas!! i got a new digital camera.... its a kodak 6.1MP! my old one was a 3.2MP. its got so much stuff on it! i love it. i also got an MP3 player.... it only holds 120 songs, but thats perfect for me. i dont need one of those that holds thousands of songs.... cause i dont know thousands of songs. i mean, i know alot of songs, but im just putting my favorites on mine. i got 3 new CDs.... Casting Crowns-- Lifesong... Kutless-- Strong Tower... and Matthew West-- History.... i made my mom this list of CDs that i wanted, there were like 8 of them... and i put them in the order of which ones i wanted the most. its kinda funny because Matthew West was at the end of my list, but i know my mom got his CD because she loves him. lets see what else.... i got a bunch of awesome clothes from my granny. we got a bunch of DVDs.... i think if everyone in my family were to combine all the DVDs that they got, wed have like 15... no joke!

i really didnt expect to get all that for Christmas, cause i got a Martin guitar this summer, and i thought that was going to be part of my Christmas...  i feel like i got too much! but all and all, my Christmas was great!

hello everybody!!

wow... its been awhile. i have been busy, busy, busy! so much has been happening.

lets see, where to begin... well basketball is going great, we were undefeated until hendersonville... grrr! but at least we are winning! last year, well, we didnt, so this is nice.

so much is going on with the band... i not only play acoustic guitar for "silent thunder", i now sing harmony, and, i think eventually i would like to do some stuff on keyboards... dunno about that yet.... but its just awesome being in this band. i cant describe the awesome feeling you get when you play and sing songs that honor and glorify Him. God has truly blessed me with the most awesome friends: Christy (the mom)- lead vocals/keyboard.... my mentor and friend... Brandon (her son)-electric guitar.... the best friend ive been looking for... Braden(her daughter)- bass.... the little sister ive always wanted.....David(no relation)- drums.... oh no! i forgot Jay!!.... Jay(the dad)- hes the most awesome manager in the world!! i love these people... they mean the world to me...

on march 17&18 we are going to be playing at this really big conference at Christys church.... actually we are doing all the music for this conference.... its the "live out loud" conference.... im really excited, but kinda nervous... this isnt the 60 AWANA  kids we play for every sunday night... this is a bunch of churches from around the country! its a very different situation.... but i think itll be fine. we are going to start practicing the songs for the conference right after Christmas... so that gives us a good 2 months to get the songs down perfectly.

im really excited that Christmas is in 4 DAYS!! i didnt realize that it was so close... the year has flown by so fast. i cant believe the first half of my junior year is over.

anywho... i hope everybody has a very merry Christmas!!

hello dear people

tonight we are leaving for Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. me, my day, and some of the youth group are going down there on a mission trip to help the people who have lost everything. im kinda excited and kinda not, cause i dont feel very good. me and my dad are the only ones in my family who are going and i hate being that far from my family. please pray for us. i know it will be an eye- opening experience for everyone. but we really dont know what we will be seeing or how much work needs to be done. also pray that we leave to come back on sunday night, cause i really need to practice with the band on monday and if we dont leave sunday night then we wont get back in time for that. i would really appreciate the prayers. ill post about the trip when we get back.
